Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
While our headquarters are in Germany, we proudly ship our game tables directly to customers in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically require 1 to 3 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard delivery takes between 4 to 7 business days, depending on your exact location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Standard Free Shipping to the UK, AU, NZ, and CA! If you need your game table a little faster, we also offer an Express Shipping option for just $4.90 USD.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Because we ship internationally from Germany, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Due to the large size and weight of our game tables, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The game table must be unused and in its original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No! We believe returns should be hassle-free, so Playium covers the cost of return shipping. There are no restocking fees. Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, it takes up to 5 business days for our team to process your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (please note your bank may require additional time to post the funds).

We pack our tables with great care, but accidents during transit can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately at contact@playium.shop with your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.
